#trying to compose a line the reader will read in a Coruscanti accent but suddenly: 'y'all' descends out of my mouth like a spider #my southern accent isn't as bad as Raels which is more Texas and not Appalachian #trying to backwards engineer how Dooku’s accent/speech patterns would have sounded in his early twenties was fun #re-reading Lord of Misrule for Christopher Lee inspo only to struggle through his INCOMPREHENSIBLE WWII ERA BRITISH SLANG #The amount of times I was like is this a sex or a food reference and it was neither #admittedly some of the time periods he was describing were before my grandparents were born #I liked the anecdote he had where someone tried to get him to do the notorious Transatlantic accent for a part #and he was like lol no #anyway what was I talking about #oh yeah #rael averross

okay MAYBE last thing i'll say about the final chapter leaks on here but it is very interesting to me to see a lot of people (on twitter at least; not sure if this is really the case on here or even tiktok) say that they feel defeated and that they don't really want to ship bkdk now that it's not canon when it's like. babygirl it wasn't canon before and that wasn't stopping you. that's literally what fandom is about. maybe i'm too tumblr-brained considering the majority of my fandom experiences were on here before twitter but. idk it's just funny to me.

#i think that's probably where part of my aversion to showering comes from. in the apartment i lived in before this one #we had a shower curtain. torture #not only is it horrid to touch it's also disgusting. showers are horrible bacteria mold boxes #i haven't used our shower in probably two years now because one day i got the most intense ick ever #i shower in the bath lol #the shower also hasn't been cleaned since then because i hate it i'mnot going near that. i clean everything else #my brother still uses the shower which lowkey makes me hurl. it's so dirty and disgusting but that man will never clean anything ever #if i didn't clean he would live in filth #anyway what was i talking about #rayrambles

one reason jesse got away with some of the shit that he did in his deadlock days is because he fully passed as a grown ass adult at 15 years old —

idk i think it's so funny I went down a survival horror game rabbit hole when a) I'm too freaking anxious for horror games I will make myself cry, b) it was all PS2 stuff which is extra funny bc I've never even played on someone else's playstation let alone had one, i was always a wii kid lol. but now my brain is like ah yes. time to consume everything I can about games I can't even play and that are stupid expensive/hard to get now

#also i love that people draw jennifer from rule of rose and fiona from haunting ground together #they're just two girls with their dogs and in horrible situations and you know im glad they get to have dogs #any game where i get to have a pet is alright by me even if shit is otherwise majorly fucked #anyway. i do need to play pathologic. it's funny bc in theory it is really the kind of thing I'd like bc there's so much stuff to uncover #plus i think classic HD (which is the version i have) fixes the bad translation so it's not even like it's too hard to understand #at least only hard to understand in the intended pathologic-y way anyway #and i really really like the soundtrack #and everything I've watched and read about it is sick as hell (no pun intended) so i think the thing making me unable to get into it is the #actual experience of playing it. like it's funny how much of an asshole dankovsky is but that doesn't mean I *want* to play as an asshole #its funny the only time i really like playing that way is in skyrim bc im just. greenish elf that picks everyone's locks bc it was the first #thing i figured out and characters will just ???? let me fucking do it??? (i say having gotten arrested in whiterun like immediately)#i guess because I'm not invested in any of the characters yet because i havent had time to sit down and really play it #i guess that'd kind of be the way i play in lotro but that's more just me not interacting with other players #fun fact i think i still have one of the earliest fellowship quests sitting unfinished bc i can never form groups to finish them #i don't think I'll even ever get good at lotro though honestly #more just knowing what buttons to spam #idk i played hunter FOREVER but minstrel is really really growing on me #even though some of the skills are kinda wasted since i only ever play alone #anyway what was i talking about

it seems to be the fandom norm to reject gascon's canon age because yeah it is pretty weird and inconsistent for one of the top royal advisors to be 17/18. that seems like a stretch.

but I also find it really funny as a concept like imagine meve immediately after their convo in the cemetery doing some quick math on her fingers and going. well. I've been taking strategic military advice from a child. for months. :|
